During working hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00) we send a preliminary quote within 1–2 hours. If the route is non-standard or special conditions need to be agreed — by the end of the working day. For urgent requests, please call us directly.

Stack the cargo on sturdy pallets and stretch-wrap or strap it so that it does not move or get damaged in transit. Attach a label to each package with the consignee, delivery address and number of packages. Provide the weight, dimensions and loading documents in advance — this way part-load collection and the route are planned without delays.

All cargo we carry is covered by carrier’s liability (CMR) insurance under international standards. If your cargo is high-value or has special requirements, mention it in your request — we will help arrange additional cargo insurance.

Yes. In international forwarding we arrange both full (FTL) and part (LTL) loads to EU and Scandinavian countries. In Lithuania we carry part loads ourselves, with our own vehicles.

The main documents are the consignment note (CMR), the commercial invoice and the packing list. For non-EU countries (e.g. Norway), export / import declarations are also required — we help arrange the necessary formalities.
